I had leftover milo that I need to use up so I decided to bake some milo biscuits! They are sooo nice and soft, their texture reminded me of a ginger kiss! I think this is due to the fact that I halved the recipe but still used one egg. I also used baking spread instead of butter which may have effected it. Either way i'm glad they turned out like that instead of a harder biscuit! Check out the recipe here.

How I made soft biscuits!
I used half of what the recipe says for all of the ingredients, except the egg. I also added more milo because who doesn't love milo!?
|Beat sugars and butter in a bowl|
|Add one egg|
|After it's beaten mine looked like this!|
|Add flour and milo!!!|
|I added a little extra after I stirred everything together!|
|Roll into balls, I found they were quite difficult and sticky to roll but I liked it this way as the cookies become softer!|
